What is the secret diet that all successful top models are following day by day so strictly?
We made a small research and it seems that many models are eating like the other common humans.
Anastasia Ivanova admits that she usually eats the following:
Scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, some water, and I just had a bacon cheeseburger—I love bacon! Oh, and I might have a frozen fruit pop, but don’t write that unless I actually eat it.
Many other top models are spending a lot of time during the day preparing the proper meals to eat and of course, counting calories!
Calories, too much calories can add fat to your belly and make you obese. Obese in the world of models is to be two pounds more than the industry average.
Eat six small meals a day
Small meals with lots of fruits and greens are essential to keep fit and thin.
Miranda Kerr, another model that studied integrated nutrition in New York and back in Australia follows a diet similar to Anastasia’s diet:
Hot water with lemon to start the day, it’s really good and it stimulates the digestive systems. …And then after that I have my cold-pressed green juice every day. And it has like kale, spinach, cucumber, celery. And then after that I’ll have eggs or oatmeal. Sometimes I’ll do quinoa, it depends on how much time I have. The eggs are easy. Eggs and avocado. And then I make my shake. And I have that throughout the morning.
It seems that breakfast is the biggest and richest meal of the day, while as the time passes, meals are getting poorer and with less calories but rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
To follow a models diet you need to live a modest life and to visit the gym at least 4 times a week!
